The task of the competition was to harmonize the facade of the building with the context of the city of Subotica, as one of the recognizable seats of secessionist expression in architecture. The topic is processed through volumetric and artistic harmonization with the immediate environment. Horizontal directions were respected, so as not to disturb the continuity of the uninterrupted city block, a reduced interpretation of the found facade plastic was used, but sharp geometric accents were applied through the curtain wall, the roof wreath of the central projection of the building and more.
