The specificity of the project of a residential complex with a business building in the settlement of Surcin is reflected in the fact that initially was developed the conceptual design of the building on the west side and then the conceptual design of the building on the corner. As the request from the investor to form a single block arrived, corrections and adjustments of previously developed conceptual solutions were made, where each building met the prescribed urban conditions on the belonging plot, which enabled easy phase-realization of the Urban Project. The complex occupies a total gross built-up area of ​​25,000 m2.
