The exceptional location of the residential complex, within the plan of general regulation of the central zone of Vrnjačka Banja, with very favorable orientations, has enabled a large number of housing units of different structures. The morphology, with the application of recognized composition and found materials in the immediate environment, emphasizes the dynamic – west side along the road with constant overhangs of the facade canvas, opposite the east side, which faces the river, promenade and bike paths and is less dynamic in shape. The complex is currently under construction and the first phase occupies 7100 m2 of gross built-up area.
