Urban design with a conceptual project for the residential and business complex with a hotel on the corner in the settlement of Ledine, has been completed during 2017/2018. A study of the harmful impact of transmission lines, which intersect the construction area along the longitudinal axis, was made for the subject plot. Accordingly to that and detailed spatial analyzes, the dimensions of the buildings has been set, so that each of the contents had maximum comfort in exploatation. The orientations of the buildings are towards high-frequency roads, but also towards the interior of the block and the outdoor green parking lot, where all mutual distances are designed so as not to disturb the views of any future user. The projected area of ​​the complex is about 50,000 m2.
