The residential building in Višnjička Banja consists of 46 residential units, office space with a gallery and an underground garage in two levels with 63 parking spaces. Reinforced concrete skeleton carries „symprolite“ masonry components and materials of high energy, acoustic performance. The basic idea of ​​the investor was to minimize operating costs, so thermotechnical and energy systems additionally contribute to the high energy properties of the facility. The building occupies 6850 m2 of gross developed construction area, it is angular, so it is characterized by large facade areas. The applied materials contextually correspond to the architectural contents of high creditworthiness. The construction of the facility is planned for 2021.
