The specificity of the location is reflected in the unfavorable form of coverage of the urban project. Plots that were connected to the plots along the regulation line through the connection study and thus formed a single building plot of great depth. The biggest challenge was the design of the facility, while respecting the urban and technical conditions and solving the underground parking lot accordingly. The apartments have different structures, and in the ground floor, next to the regulation, there is office space. The location of the facility is in the Belgrade municipality of Zemun, and it occupies 5200 m2 of gross built-up area.
