After the floods in 2014, many facilities in Obrenovac were repaired. The deadlines were very short, so that the business could continue as soon as possible, especially since in this case the building of the insurance company is in question. There were many problems – worn-out thermal insulation of the floor of the business space, double glazing in the classic curtain wall was filled with water, so it was necessary to solve the problems of thermal and waterproofing, through the implementation of equipment standards of a standard branch of „Dunav osiguranje“ company. After the completion of the works, in accordance with the large number of branches that the Company owns, the work of drastic optimization of standards began, which was primarily reflected in the rationalization of the costs of used materials and standard furniture.
