The conceptual design of this house was done several times, because the investor had different requirements over time, so in the end a common conclusion was reached. And conclusion was that it is necessary for the house to have as intimate atmosphere as it is possible and the concept of a semi-atrium house was adopted. In addition to all the disadvantages, but also the advantages that this typology of the building brings with it. Through shaping and materialization, the qualities of this way of life are emphasized, and despite everything, a large amount of daylight is provided in all rooms, proper orientation and leveling of the building. The total area of ​​the building located in Bezanija is 730 m2.
