The main idea is mobility, avoiding monotony and achieving visual dynamics by cascading facade planes, rotating buildings and height elevations. This idea is guided by the intensifying of traffic in Kolubarski Trg Street, which will encourage the construction of a residential area. The goal was also to create privacy within the common space of collective housing, by positioning various micro-environments, diverse paving and purpose of surfaces. In addition to the introverted interior of the block, the idea was to create recognizable landmarks and form a new local place gathered around the perimeter of the location.
